Under his stewardship, the family's farm has evolved into a certified Clean Water Farm, emphasizing sustainability and biodiversity. Tom's expertise includes planting cover crops, raising grass-fed beef, alongside cultivating a diverse range of crops such as corn, soybeans, sweet corn, peas, alfalfa, and oats.
